However, to ensure fairness to all clients, please arrive on time for your appointments. ⏰ LATE POLICY – 10+ minutes late: $10 late fee – 15+ minutes late: Appointment will be cancelled and must be rescheduled – No-show or no response: 100% of the service will be charged to the card on file – Unpaid fees = no future bookings until payment is resolved ❌ CANCELLATION POLICY – Less than 48 hours' notice: 50% cancellation fee charged to the card on file 🎁 REFERRAL PROGRAM – Share a selfie or tag me on social media: get $5 off – Refer a friend: they get $10 off, and you get $10 off a fill or $20 off a full set 🛠️ 3-DAY TOUCH-UP POLICY – If you're unhappy with your lashes, message me within 24 hours of your appointment – A complimentary touch-up can be booked within 3 days – After 3 days: it becomes a mini fill, which only I can book for you (must be within 7 days of original appointment) 💖 LASH HEALTH POLICY Your natural lash health is my top priority! To maintain strong, healthy lashes: – After every 4 fills, your 5th appointment must be a full set to refresh and protect your natural lashes.
